Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats flour
  • 2 tablespoon almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Wet ingredients

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

  • whipped cream
  • peppermint candies

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 180C (350F).
  • In a bowl, add and mix the oat flour, almond flour, instant coffee and baking powder. Consequently, whisk the vanilla extract, egg, liquid sweetener and milk of choice into the dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Transfer batter to a ramekin or oven-proof container.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Once baked, add whipped cream and a crushed peppermint candies on top and enjoy!

Notes

  • Oat flour - No oat flour? Use rolled or quick oats and add all the ingredients into a blender.
  • Whipped cream - Replace with any yogurt of choice.
  • Liquid sweetener of choice - I used honey. If Vegan, feel free to use agave, date or maple syrup!
