White Chocolate & Peanut Butter Baked Oats (Healthy)

Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder I used Protein World brand (use my code: oatslady for 30%)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Wet ingredients

  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Toppings

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp water
  • sugar free white chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Prepare – Gather and measure all ingredients by starting to mix the oat flour, vanilla protein powder and baking powder. Therefore, add-in yogurt, honey or maple syrup milk of choice and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer – Transfer oatmeal batter into an oven-safe container or ramekin, leaving 1/8 of it.
  • Prepare Peanut Butter filling - Add 1 tbsp of peanut butter, 1 tbsp water and mix until getting an almost liquid consistency.
  • Cover – Cover with remaining batter.
  • Add – Add white chocolate on top of the batter.
  • Bake – Bake at 180C for 18 minutes!
