Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour 200 g
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2.5 g
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 1.5 g
  • 1 cup almond butter 240 g
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar 100 g
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 60 g
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 40 g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 g
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips 90 g

Topping:

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips 60 g

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking soda, salt, almond butter, coconut sugar, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Add more extra chocolate chips on top.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few crumbs. Let cool and enjoy!
