This is the best oreo oatmeal cake recipe. The texture is MOIST and FLUFFY. Without noticing you will also get nutrients with this “mini cake” because THIS. THING. IS. HEALTHY. Whaaat?! YES! It’s high in FIBER and PROTEIN.

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of himalayan salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp mashed banana 1/3 banana

Toppings

  • oreos
  • chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 392ºF (200ºC).
  • Grab a bowl and start to add all the dry ingredients. After that, mix everything up. Therefore, add the wet ingredients to the same bowl and mix well.
  • Grease an oven-safe container or 8 oz ramekin and pour the batter saving 1/8 of it.
  • Consequently, add hazelnut butter or chocolate bar in the center.
  • Then, cover with remaining batter on top. After that, add oreos as topping and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Let cool, carefully turn the ramekin over to take out the mini oat cake. ENJOY!
