Where are my chocolate chip cookies lovers??? Because I AM A FAN! and nothing better than a twist version with OATS.
This recipe has only 8 ingredients! It’s sugar-free, high in protein and fiber. Which leaves you satisfied for hours!

Equipment

  • Oven
  • 6 oz ramekin

Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder or any protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp mashed banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 392F (200C).
  • Grab a bowl and start to add all the dry ingredients. After that, mix everything up. Therefore, add the wet ingredients in the same bowl and mix well.
  • Pour batter into an oven-safe dish or 6 oz ramekin. Consequently, add chocolate chips on top of the batter.
  • Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
