Cravin dessert for breakfast? Well, this recipe is vegan, healthy and tremendously delicious. Literally mouthwatering!! This baked oatmeal is packed with nutrients like fiber and protein. You won't be hungry for hours.
1tbspgranulated sugar of choice(I used erythritol, substitute for coconut sugar)
Wet ingredients
1/3cupmilk of choice(I used unsweetened almond milk)
2tbspmashed banana(1/3 banana)
1/2tspvanilla extract
Toppings
sugar free chocolate chips
chocolate spread (for filling) or any dark chocolate square
Prevent your screen from going dark
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F (200C)
Grab a bowl and start to add all the dry ingredients. After that, mix everything up. Therefore, add the wet ingredients in the same bowl and mix well.
Pour batter into an 8oz ramekin or oven-proof container. Save (1/8) of the batter. Add chocolate spread or dark chocolate square. Cover with remaining batter. Add chocolate chips on top.
