Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp oat flour
  • 1/2 tbsp flaxseed
  • pinch of salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1/3 cup milk I used almond milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Toppings

  • bananas
  • sugar-free caramel sauce
  • hemp seeds
  • Lotus Biscoff biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Prepare - Add rolled oats, oat flour, salt to a bowl and mix well. Then, add-in milk of choice, water, honey or maple syrup and stir until well combined.
  • Microwave - Make sure to use medium bowl because oats tend to overflow and microwave for 1 minute. Stir until well combined. Therefore, repeat process for another minute.
  • Serve - Be careful, the bowl should be very hot. Add greek yogurt, almond butter and stir well.
  • Toppings - Cut banana in slices and add on top of oatmeal base. Consequently, add Lotus Biscoff biscuits and a generous spoonful of peanut butter.
  • Enjoy - Be ready to daydream!
