This Biscoff Peanut Butter Oatmeal bowl has a touch of sweetness, crunchy and creaminess. It’s loaded with healthy and filling protein, fiber and is ready in minutes! This recipe is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and low sugar.
Prepare - Add rolled oats, oat flour, salt to a bowl and mix well. Then, add-in milk of choice, water, honey or maple syrup and stir until well combined.
Microwave - Make sure to use medium bowl because oats tend to overflow and microwave for 1 minute. Stir until well combined. Therefore, repeat process for another minute.
Serve - Be careful, the bowl should be very hot. Add greek yogurt, almond butter and stir well.
Toppings - Cut banana in slices and add on top of oatmeal base. Consequently, add Lotus Biscoff biscuits and a generous spoonful of peanut butter.
