This Salted Caramel BananaOatmeal has the perfect balance between salty and sweet! It's simple, delicious, and totally suitable for my vegan friends. The texture is creamy and feels very comforting.
1/3cupmilk of choiceI used unsweetened almond milk
1tbspgreek yogurtUse soy yogurt if vegan
1tbsphoney or maple syrup

Instructions
Prepare - Add rolled oats, oat flour, salt to a bowl and mix well. Then, add-in milk of choice, water, honey or maple syrup and stir until well combined.
Microwave - Be sure to use an oven-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Stir until well combined. Therefore, repeat process for another minute.
Serve - Be careful, the bowl will be very hot. Add greek yogurt, almond butter and stir well.
Toppings - Cut banana in slices and add to the oatmeal base. Drizzle with caramel sauce and add hemp seeds.
