This Oreos & Milk Baked Oats has only 7 ingredients. It's vegan, healthy, and delicious! It’s super easy and quick to make. The texture is gooey and airy at the same time. This recipe can be enjoyed as breakfast, dessert, or when craving something sweet in the evening.
1/3cupmilk of choiceI used unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
Prepare - Gather and measure all ingredients by starting to mix the oat flour, vanilla protein powder and baking powder. Therefore, add-in the yogurt, milk of choice, liquid sweetener of choice and stir until well combined.
Transfer - Transfer oatmeal batter into an oven-safe container or ramekin.
Add - Add oreos on top of the batter.
Bake - Bake at 180C for 20 minutes!
Enjoy - Let cool and enjoy with a drizzle of almond milk or milk of choice.
