Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Wet ingredients

  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice I used unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Toppings

  • oreos

Instructions
 

  • Prepare - Gather and measure all ingredients by starting to mix the oat flour, vanilla protein powder and baking powder. Therefore, add-in the yogurt, milk of choice, liquid sweetener of choice and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer - Transfer oatmeal batter into an oven-safe container or ramekin.
  • Add - Add oreos on top of the batter.
  • Bake - Bake at 180C for 20 minutes!
  • Enjoy - Let cool and enjoy with a drizzle of almond milk or milk of choice.
