How to make Pumpkin Spice Granola

Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin spice (Replace for 3 tsp ground cinnamon, 1 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 3/4 tsp ground ginger, 3/8 tsp ground cloves)
  • pinch of salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond butter

Instructions
 

  • Prepare - Gather all the ingredients, start by mixing all the rolled oats, pumpkin spice and himalayan salt. Therefore, in a separate bowl mix the liquid sweetener of choice and almond butter.
  • Microwave - Once you have mixed the almond butter and liquid sweetener of choice. Microwave for 45 seconds. Then, stir well and pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  • Bake - Preheat oven at 175C. Grease a tray or use a parchment paper, place the mixture on the tray and spread out evenly leaving large chunks. Bake for 12-15 minutes (until slightly brown)
  • Serve - It's important to let it cool, in that way the granola will turn out crunchy! Enjoy with yogurt, fruits, smoothie bowls or alone!
