1/3cup+ 1 tablespoon milk of choice(I used unsweetened almond milk)
1tablespoonchocolate chips
6mini marshmallows

Instructions
Preheat oven at 180C (350F)
Mix oat flour, chocolate protein powder, coconut sugar, unsweetened cacao powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually incorporate the milk, stirring until thoroughly combined.
Transfer oatmeal batter into an oven-safe container or ramekin.
Add chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
Notes
Oat flour - No oat flour? Use rolled or quick oats and add all the ingredients into a blender.
Coconut sugar - You can add any granulated sugar of choice!
Chocolate Protein Powder - If skipping, replace for more sweetener.
If vegan:
Replace marshmallows and milk for any plant-based alternative.
