Equipment

  • Oven

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  • 6 mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 180C (350F)
  • Mix oat flour, chocolate protein powder, coconut sugar, unsweetened cacao powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually incorporate the milk, stirring until thoroughly combined.
  • Transfer oatmeal batter into an oven-safe container or ramekin.
  • Add chocolate chips and mini marshmallows on top.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

Notes

  • Oat flour - No oat flour? Use rolled or quick oats and add all the ingredients into a blender.
  • Coconut sugar - You can add any granulated sugar of choice!
  • Chocolate Protein Powder -  If skipping, replace for more sweetener.
If vegan:
  • Replace marshmallows and milk for any plant-based alternative.
