Dry ingredients 1/2 cup oat flour 2 tablespoon almond flour 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1 1/2 tablespoon coconut sugar 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Wet ingredients 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tablespoon plain or greek yogurt 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk) Toppings non-fat or coconut whipped cream cinnamon stick (optional)

Preheat oven at 180C (350F).
In a bowl, add and mix the oat flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, nutmeg, baking soda and baking powder.
Consequently, whisk the yogurt, vanilla extract and milk of choice into the dry ingredients until well combined.
Transfer batter to a ramekin or oven-proof container and bake for 25 minutes.
Once baked, add whipped cream and a cinnamon stick.
No oat flour? Use rolled oats and add all the ingredients into a blender.
No coconut sugar? Add brown sugar instead.
Replace greek yogurt and milk for any plant-based alternative.
