This Double Chocolate Banana Bread is made exclusively with OATS and clean ingredients! It's SLIGHTLY SWEET and can be eaten for breakfast or dessert. You won't be hungry for hours.
Peel - Peel 3 spotty or dead bananas (literally black) and start mashing them! TIP:If you don't have ripe bananas, microwave them for 45 seconds and the peel will turn black.
Prepare – Gather and measure all ingredients by starting to mix the mashed bananas, eggs, coconut oil, almond milk and coconut sugar until well combined.
Add and Mix - Now, in a separate bowl add oat flour, cacao powder, milk of choice and baking soda, stir until well combined. Now, pour wet igredients into the dry one! and mix.
Transfer – Transfer bread batter into a baking mold, covered with parchment paper or greased with coconut oil or butter. Consequetly, add chocolate chips, the MORE, the BETTER.
