Prepare cream cheese filling - Add 1/2 tbsp cream cheese + 1/2 tbsp plain yogurt and mix until getting a smoother consistency.
Add &Cover – Add cream cheese filling on top of the oatmeal batter and cover with remaining batter, saved previously.
Apple topping - Peel and dice a small apple and place in a bowl. Consequently, by adding 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon + 1 tsp honey or maple syrup. Microwave the apple topping for 1 minute. In this way, apple chunks will get softer. Lastly, add them on top of the oatmeal batter.
