Cookies and Cream Overnight Oats are a delicious and convenient breakfast option that combines the creamy texture of oats with the irresistible flavor of cookies and cream.
In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, unsweetened cacao powder, chocolate protein powder, salt and milk. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Prepare dark chocolate layer:
Mix the unsweetened cacao powder, honey, and water until a rich and velvety chocolate sauce forms. Drizzle the sauce over the oat mixture.
Prepare white chocolate layer:
In a bowl, microwave white chocolate with coconut oil for 15-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is melted and smooth. This usually takes about 30-45 seconds in total, depending on your microwave’s power.
Once chocolate is melted, pour on top of the dark chocolate layer.
Topping:
Crush Oreo cookie and sprinkle on the surface. Consequently, refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight.
