This Cookie Cereals Recipe will bring you back to childhood. Made with oats, these chocolate chip cereals are a healthy alternative to the ones you buy. So quick and easy that you'll now make cookie crisps at home.
Pre-heat oven at 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut sugar, oil and egg.
Mix everything together with a wooden spoon or spatula until well combined.
Scoop the dough with a measuring spoon onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, shaping the it into small balls. Add chocolate chips and with your fingers, gently flatten each cookie.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool and enjoy your cookie cereal bowl with a good splash of milk!
