This Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola is VEGAN! No weird ingredients are included as the store-bought granolas. This one has only 5 ingredients. It's healthy, delicious and addicting! You will never want to go back and buy it at the store again. Trust me, they are the BEST!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup liquid sweetener of choice I used honey
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients, start by mixing all the rolled oats, unsweetened cacao powder and himalayan salt. Therefore, in a separate bowl mix the honey or maple syrup and peanut butter.
  • Once you have mixed the peanut butter and liquid sweetener of choice. Microwave for 45 seconds. Then, stir well and pour into the bowl with the dry ingredients.
  • Preheat oven at 175C. Grease a tray or use a parchment paper, place the mixture on the tray and spread out evenly leaving large chunks. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • It's important to let it cool, in that way the granola will turn out crunchy! Enjoy with yogurt, fruits, smoothie bowls or alone!
