You'll be amazed with this Chocolate Ganache Strawberry Oats, it's literally dessert for breakfast. Packed with protein and fiber. Made with only 8 ingredients. So easy and quick to make.
In a bowl, combine rolled oats, unsweetened cacao powder, chocolate protein powder, pinch of salt, greek yogurt and milk. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, make chocolate ganache by mixing unsweetened cacao powder, water and liquid sweetener. Pour on top of oatmeal base.
Slice strawberries and add on top of chocolate ganache.
Refrigerate overnight or for 4 hours. Enjoy immediately next day.
Notes
Make sure to use unsweetened cacao powder and not cocoa powder.
Feel free to omit chocolate protein powder and replace it with more liquid sweetener and extra cacao powder.
Replace greek yogurt with any other yogurt of choice. Just add less milk.
Use milk of choice, plant-based or dairy.
For liquid sweeteners, use honey, agave, maple, or date syrup. Reduce water if not using honey, you should have a slightly thick consistency for the chocolate ganache.
