Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour 120 g
  • 1 cup almond flour 96 g
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2.5 g
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 1.5 g
  • 1/2 cup almond butter 125 g
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 60 ml
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup 120 g
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 g
  • 1 cup chocolate chips 170 g

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Scoop out portions of dough about 1/2 cup in size and roll each into balls. Generously coat with chocolate chips on a separate bowl.
  • Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove the cookie bombs from the oven and let them cool. Enjoy!

Notes

Storage:
Store cookie bombs in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Cookies can also be frozen for up to 2 months; thaw at room temperature before serving.
