Equipment

  • Air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour 90g
  • 3 tablespoon peanut butter 30g
  • 3 tablespoon coconut sugar 22g
  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil 30 ml
  • 4 tablespoon water 40 ml
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon 5g
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder 25g

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Stir well to ensure they are evenly distributed.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture and stir continuously until a dough forms. The dough should be thick and slightly sticky.
  • Take small portions of the dough and roll them between your palms to form tiny balls, about the size of small marbles.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 160°C (320°F) to ensure even cooking.
  • Place the dough balls in the air fryer basket. Air-fry at 160°C for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
  • Once done, remove the cereal from the air fryer and let it cool completely.

Notes

Storage
Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
Serving Suggestions
Enjoy with milk, yogurt, or as a snack.
Additional tips
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. If needed, cook the cereal in batches to ensure each piece gets properly cooked and crispy.
  • Shaking the air fryer basket halfway through cooking helps to prevent the cereal from sticking together and ensures even cooking.
