Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1/3 cup milk I use unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Cream cheese filling

  • 1/2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp plain yogurt

Toppings

  • chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Prepare – Gather and measure all ingredients by starting to mix the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, baking powder and pinch of salt. Therefore, add-in yogurt, honey or maple syrup milk of choice and stir until well combined.
  • Transfer – Transfer oatmeal batter into an oven-safe container or ramekin, leaving 1/8 of it.
  • Prepare cream cheese filling - Add 1/2 tbsp cream cheese + 1/2 tbsp plain yogurt and mix until getting a smoother consistency. Add on top on the oatmeal batter.
  • Cover – Cover with remaining batter, saved previously.
  • Add – Add chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake – Bake at 180C for 15 minutes.
