This Cheesecake Brownie Batter Baked Oats is a healthier alternative dessert when craving something sweet in the evening or night. It's the perfect treat for those who love ooey-gooey desserts.
Prepare – Gather and measure all ingredients by starting to mix the oat flour, chocolate protein powder, baking powder and pinch of salt. Therefore, add-in yogurt, honey or maple syrup milk of choice and stir until well combined.
Transfer – Transfer oatmeal batter into an oven-safe container or ramekin, leaving 1/8 of it.
Prepare cream cheese filling - Add 1/2 tbsp cream cheese + 1/2 tbsp plain yogurt and mix until getting a smoother consistency. Add on top on the oatmeal batter.
