Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed coconut milk 120 g
  • 1/2 cup dark cacao powder 60 g

Instructions

  • In a bowl, pour condensed coconut milk and microwave in high for 30 seconds.
  • Sift the cocoa powder over the condensed coconut milk to avoid lumps. Stir well with a spatula until the mixture is completely smooth and there are no visible cocoa lumps.
  • Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll the portions into balls between your palms until smooth.
  • Roll the truffles in dark cocoa powder and enjoy!

Notes

Recipe tips:
Consistency: Refrigerate mixture for about 30 minutes to allow it to firm up, making it easier to roll into balls.
Coatings: Experiment with different coatings like crushed nuts or colored sprinkles to make the truffles fun and festive!
