- 1/2 cup rolled oats 50 g
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder 30 g
- 1/2 cup milk 100 ml
Chocolate ganache
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon liquid sweetener
- 1/2 tablespoon water
Instructions
- In a jar, combine rolled oats, vanilla protein powder and milk of choice.
- Stir the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring the oats are fully submerged in the liquid. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the chocolate ganache, by mixing unsweetened cacao powder, liquid sweetener of choice and water. You’ll get a slightly thick chocolate sauce.
- Pour chocolate ganache on top of the overnight oats and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
- In the morning, remove the oats from the refrigerator and enjoy!
