Ingredients to make Pumpkin Spice Granola
I’m sure you will have all these ingredients in your pantry! Only 5 ingredients are required:
- Rolled oats – main character of the movie here! If Gluten-Free make sure to get a certified one.
- Pumpkin Pie Spice – Pumpkin pie spice is a mixture of spices that are used in pumpkin pies or other pumpkin-flavored foods. It typically contains cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves
- Liquid sweetener of choice – In my case, I used honey but if you are vegan, feel free to use maple or date syrup.
- Almond butter – It’s a spread made from the nuts of the seed of an almond tree. I love using almond butter on this recipe because it doesn’t change the real Pumpkin Pie Spice flavor!
- Himalayan Salt

What to serve with this Pumpkin Spice Granola (optional)
- Fruits: strawberries or banana slices or any desired fruit.
- Yogurt: Any of choice, could be a plant-based one or greek yogurt. I recommend a plain or vanilla one because the granola is full of flavor and is already sweet!
- Smoothie bowls: They are perfect for the crunch feeling you need in these bowls! They are perfect!!
- Milk: Just like a typical cereal bowl. Add-in the granola into a bowl first and the pour some milk. I would choose an unsweetened almond milk but feel to use any milk of choice.
- Alone: YES! They’re so good that could be eaten alone as a snack or even dessert!
Notes
- Gluten-free? Use a certified gluten-free oats.
- Can I use quick oats? Yes, of course! The only thing is that you won’t get “granola clusters“. You will get “cereal” texture instead.
- Liquid of sweetener options? Honey, Maple or Date syrup
