Why you will love this Chocolate Oreo Lasagna

    1. No-Bake : It’s simple to prepare, perfect for people who love indulgent desserts without having to turn on the oven.
    2. Kid-Friendly: Oreo is a universal favorite, and kids will love the cookie-crust base and creamy high protein layers.
    3. Versatile: This dessert fits any occasion, from casual gatherings to potlucks or even holiday celebrations.

    Variations for this Chocolate Lasagna

    • Peanut Butter Oreo Lasagna: Add a layer of peanut butter between the yogurt layer for a richer flavor.
    • Mint Oreo Lasagna: Swap out the regular Oreos for Mint Oreos or add a dash of mint extract for a refreshing twist.
    • Nutella Oreo Lasagna: Incorporate a Nutella layer between the yogurt layer and oreo layers.
    • Strawberry Oreo Lasagna: Add sliced strawberries on top or between layers for a fruity contrast to the rich cream.

    Make-Ahead Directions

    • You can assemble the Oreo lasagna a day ahead, which allows the flavors to meld together and makes serving easier.
    • Cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate until ready to serve.

How to store a Sweet Lasagna?

    • Fridge: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. The longer it sits, the softer the Oreo crust will become, but the flavors will be even more pronounced.
    • Freezer: You can freeze it for up to a month. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and foil to prevent freezer burn. Thaw it overnight in the fridge before serving.

    Instructions

    • Line a 9×13-inch dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.
    • Begin by placing a layer of whole Oreo cookies flat on the bottom of the prepared dish. Arrange them in a single layer, covering the entire bottom of the dish.
    • In a bowl, beat greek yogurt, cream cheese and agave until smooth. Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the Oreo layer.
    • Add another layer of whole Oreo cookies on top of the cream.
    • In a bowl, mix together unsweetened cocoa powder, agave and water. You should aim for a thick chocolate sauce consistency. Then, spread over the cream layer.
    • Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding.
    • Crush a few extra Oreo cookies and sprinkle them on top.
    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

    Notes

    Storage:
Store the Oreo Lasagna in the refrigerator. It can be kept for up to 4-5 days. Make sure to cover it with plastic wrap or a lid to prevent it from absorbing any odors from the fridge.
