- 1 cup instant oats (100 g)
- 1 cup rolled oats (100 g)
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder (15 g)
- 1 teaspoon salt (6 g)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla (15 ml)
- 1/3 cup maple (80 ml)
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar (50 g)
- 1/2 cup almond butter (125 g)
- 1/3 cup coconut oil (80 ml)
- 1/3 cup almonds (50 g)
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (40 g)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Mix everything thoroughly in a large bowl to ensure even distribution.
- Line a baking tray with silicone paper or baking paper to prevent sticking.
- Pour the granola mixture onto the prepared tray.
- Spread the mixture out evenly using a spatula or spoon to create a thin, uniform layer.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, keeping an eye on it towards the end to prevent burning. Let the granola rest for about 5 minutes to cool slightly.
- After resting, separate the granola into clusters or pieces.
