Ingredients
Oatmeal base:
- 1/2 cup rolled oats 50 g
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder 5 g
- 1 tablespoon chocolate protein powder 5 g
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk 100 ml
Dark chocolate layer:
- 1/2 tablespoon water 7 ml
- 1 tablespoon honey 21 g
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder 5 g
White chocolate layer:
- 4 small squares of white chocolate 20 g
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil 2 ml
Topping:
- 1 oreo cookie
Instructions
Prepare oatmeal base:
- In a jar or bowl, combine the rolled oats, unsweetened cacao powder, chocolate protein powder, salt and milk. Stir well to ensure all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Prepare dark chocolate layer:
- Mix the unsweetened cacao powder, honey, and water until a rich and velvety chocolate sauce forms. Drizzle the sauce over the oat mixture.
Prepare white chocolate layer:
- In a bowl, microwave white chocolate with coconut oil for 15-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate is melted and smooth. This usually takes about 30-45 seconds in total, depending on your microwave’s power.
- Once chocolate is melted, pour on top of the dark chocolate layer.
Topping:
- Crush Oreo cookie and sprinkle on the surface. Consequently, refrigerate for 4-5 hours or overnight.
