- 1 cup almond flour 96 g
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2.5 g
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 1.5 g
- 1/2 cup almond butter 125 g
- 1/4 cup olive oil 60 ml
- 1/2 cup maple syrup 120 g
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 g
- 1 cup chocolate chips 170 g
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Scoop out portions of dough about 1/2 cup in size and roll each into balls. Generously coat with chocolate chips on a separate bowl.
