Where are my chocolate chip cookies lovers??? Because I AM A FAN! and nothing better than a twist version with OATS. This Chocolate Chip Baked Oats has only 8 ingredients! It’s sugar-free, high in protein and fiber. Which leaves you satisfied for hours!

Plus, it’s suitable for all my vegan friends.

Ingredients to make Chocolate Chip Baked Oatmeal

We have a lot of your favorite ingredients and here’s what you’ll need:

    • Oat flour – which is blended rolled oats.
    • Granulated sweetener of choice – I use erythritol (a sugar substitute) but you can use any.
    • Vanilla protein powder – I highly recommend adding it, because enhances the flavor and gives a moist texture. I use VEGAN Protein World’s protein powder (use my code: oats lady for 30% OFF)
    • Baking powder
    • Sea Salt
    • Banana – The riper, the better.
    • Milk of choice – I used unsweetened almond milk but you can use any other kind of plant-based or dairy milk.
    • Chocolate chips – I use sugar-free ones but you can use any!

    Fluffy

    Healthy

    Delicious

Can be eaten for breakfast or dessert!

    How big is this recipe?

For this recipe I used a 6oz ramekin. Which is a single serving recipe. Just for YOU. But, feel free to double portions in case you are making for more people or you simply would like to have more later on!

    How to store or reheat?

    • To store: If you prepare multiple batches of this baked oatmeal, store it in the fridge covered, for up to 4 days. You will need to thin it out with extra milk before reheating.
    • To reheat: Microwave for 50 seconds. Make sure to add extra milk to moisten it, as the oats will have thickened up.

    Ingredients substitutes and notes

    • Don’t like bananas? No problem! Add 1 tbsp of chia seeds instead.
    • No oat flour? Use rolled oats and add all the ingredients into a blender.
    • No protein powder? Replace with coconut flour.
