    Ingredients
      

    • 1 egg
    • 1 mashed banana
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 g
    • 3 tablespoons oil 42 g
    • 1/3 cup maple syrup 113 g
    • 1/3 cup milk 80 g
    • 1/2 cup oat flour 45 g
    • 1/2 cup almond flour 50 g
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 g
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 g

    Topping

    • Dark chocolate squares

    Instructions
     

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed banana, vanilla extract, oil, maple syrup and milk until well combined.
    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat flour, almond flour, baking soda and salt.
    • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
    • Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan or container.
    • Add dark chocolate squares on top.
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. The edges should be golden brown.
    • Let cool and enjoy!

    Notes

    Storage:
    Store the blondies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4-5 days. They can also be frozen for longer storage. Just wrap them well and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
