Banana Chocolate Chunk Blondies
These Banana Chocolate Chunk Blondies are fudgy, rich and healthy. These bars are incredibly easy to make, requiring just a few simple ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5 g
- 3 tablespoons oil 42 g
- 1/3 cup maple syrup 113 g
- 1/3 cup milk 80 g
- 1/2 cup oat flour 45 g
- 1/2 cup almond flour 50 g
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2 g
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 g
Topping
- Dark chocolate squares
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, mashed banana, vanilla extract, oil, maple syrup and milk until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the oat flour, almond flour, baking soda and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan or container.
- Add dark chocolate squares on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. The edges should be golden brown.
- Let cool and enjoy!

Storage:
Store the blondies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4-5 days. They can also be frozen for longer storage. Just wrap them well and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
