These Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats are so good, especially for hectic mornings! It’s vegan simple, and fast to make! Only 10 ingredients, no fancy methods. Literally, SO EASY and delicious!
1/3cupmilk of choiceI used unsweetened almond milk

Instructions
Gather and measure all the ingredients, start off by mixing the rolled oats, oat flour, himalayan salt, flaxseed in a jar or bowl and mix well. Consequently add-in, water, milk, peanut butter and sweetener of choice and stir until well combined.
Microwave for 1 minute and stir. Then, repeat the process for another minute.
You will notice that the oats would have thicken up a little bit. So, consequently, add-in more milk of choice.
Cover with a lid or plastic wrap, say good night to your oats and refrigerate overnight.
