You will only need a microwave for this Easy Oreo Chocolate Oatmeal recipe. It comes together in a few minutes and is a great breakfast choice. It is high in protein and fiber making it a very filling meal when paired with fruit.

Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp oat flour
  • 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
  • pinch of salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1 tbsp liquid sweetener of choice (honey or maple syrup)
  • 2 tbsp greek or plain yogurt (optional)
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice
  • 3/4 cup water

Toppings

  • banana
  • oreos
  • greek yogurt or plain yogurt
  • 90% Lindt's dark chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Prepare - First, measure and gather all the ingredients and start by mixing the rolled oats, oat flour, chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cacao powder and pinch of salt into a bowl. Consequently, add-in water, milk and liquid sweetener of choice and stir until well combined.
  • Microwave - Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Then, microwave again for another minute. Therefore, add a dollop of greek or plain yogurt and mix well until creamy.
  • Toppings - Cut banana in slices, add oreos, more yogurt and a 90% Lidnt's dark chocolate square.
  • Enjoy - Be ready to daydream!
