Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 8 crushed oreos
  • 3/4 oat flour

Wet ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice I used unsweetened almond milk

Cream Filling

  • 3 tbsp vanilla yogurt
  • 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp milk of choice I used unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

Base

  • Gather and measure all the ingredients, starting by mixing the crushed Oreos and oat flour in a bowl. Consequently add in, the milk of choice, vegan butter and stir. The mixture will stick together and knead to get a ball-shaped dough.
  • Cut a plastic wrap and place it on the table or cutting board. Consequently, place the dough and cover with another piece of plastic wrap. Now, with a rolling pin roll the dough to a rectangle leaving a thickness of 5 mm (could be more, it does not have to be exact).
  • Meanwhile, make the Cream Filling, in a bowl add yogurt, vanilla protein powder and milk of choice. Therefore, mix everything up without leaving any powdery clumps. And that’s it, the cream filling is ready to spread over the whole dough.
  • Use a rubber spatula or spoon to smooth the cream filling over the whole dough rectangle.
  • Starting on the long end, roll the dough up tightly jelly roll style. Therefore, cut into 8 slices.
  • Refrigerate for 15 min so the sushi can harden or if you don’t want to wait, eat immediately.
